Shipping Policy

The item(s) purchased will be in good order and condition at the time of packing for shipping. We photograph all items just prior to packing and shipping as a record of their condition. If any damage happens during shipping, then it is not our responsibility but it is the shipping service provider who is liable and you will have to contact them to resolve the issue.

 

In terms of timing, we endeavour to ship the item(s) you purchased as soon as reasonably possible.

 

We start the in-house shipping process after your payment has been processed by the direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com (which usually takes 2-5 business days).

 

The in-house shipping process involves assembling your shipment, packing the item(s), contacting the shipping service provider for pickup, and then waiting for the shipping service provider to pick up the package (this process usually takes up to a few business days, subject to weather and other considerations).

 

Beyond that point in time, we do not and cannot control how long it will take the shipping service provider to deliver the item(s) to you. Please understand that since the Covid pandemic started, various shipping services have been taking longer than usual.

Exchange Policy

All sales are final.

 

We photograph all items just prior to shipping as a record of their condition. If any damage happens during shipping, then it is not our responsibility but it is the shipping service provider who is liable and you will have to contact them to resolve the issue.

 

However, if you discover that the product that you have received is not at all what you expected, it may be returned for credit towards an exchange of a different product on our site provided that:

 

  • you notify us of this within 2 business days of the date of delivery of the item;

  • we confirm your notification, share information such that we agree to accept an exchange;

  • we receive the item from you in the same condition as when we originally sent it;

  • you will be responsible for shipping the item to us at your cost, including any duties, taxes and brokerage fees related to such shipment if required; and

  • you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of the exchanged item sent from us to you.
